Process as follows :
3 desilters/pond + self-priming pump + quartz sand + activated carbon + Precision Filter (5 micron)
Note: We can customize as per customer's requirement.
* Desilter : Customer self-build or prepare . The sewage from car wash center is recycled through groundwater tank and overflow through 3 desilters to precipitate sufficiently , in this case waste will be precipitated.
* Self-priming pump: Absorbing water into our purification plant to treat water by the pressure of self-priming pump.
* Quartz sand : Rejection of sediment , rust, colloid , suspended matters etc (particle >20um)
* Activated Carbon: Rejection of color, peculiar smell , change sewage quality and color.
* Water Storage Tank: Collect treated clean water to reuse.
